I'm a Loser
Last night, Fred and I broke tradition and actually watched "The Biggest Loser" on it's regular night. That show gets me every single time. It's so amazing to watch these people not only transfer physically, but mentally as well.
I love Abby, the girl who lost her husband and children in a car accident. I don't know how she does it. She is so strong. I'd love for her to win.
I would have to have Jillian as my trainer. I love how she yells and screams at contestants. I need someone to kick my booty!!!
I can somewhat relate to these contestants. I lost 35 pounds over a year ago and I've managed to keep it off. It's definitely a lifestyle change, but so worth it. I just want to kick myself for not doing it sooner, but it's never too late!
I did feel bad for watching the show after eating Chinese and frozen yogurt (it was no sugar added vanilla soft serve), but I did work out for two hours yesterday.
I've almost reached one of my goals for this year. Yesterday, I went to my 125th Jazzercise class of the year. My goal is 150 classes which I should acheive since it's just September.
Tonight, my mom has asked me to join her for a yoga class. I could use a good stretching, but I am afraid that I will fall asleep if I get too relaxed. :)
So, who do you want to win "The Biggest Loser"??
