In It to Win It

As several of you know, I go to Jazzercise. I love it! In order to get people to attend in the summer, Jazzercise organizes an attendance game. This summer's attendance game was for you and a partner to attend 60 classes between June 1 and July 31 and you receive a pair of flip flops and a beach bag. Well, on Tuesday, my mom and I were the second team to reach 60 classes at our Jazzercise location (we would have been first, but my mom and dad went to Europe for a week; so, I had to do it on my own). We worked our butts off.
Now, I can go back to working out Monday through Thursday. I really hated getting up early on Saturdays to go to Jazzercise. I love my sleep too much.

After we won our flip flops, I went with my mom to her yoga class. I hadn't been to a yoga class since college. I haven't felt that limber in ages. I really enjoyed the change of pace, but not enough to take me away from Jazzercise. I will admit that I am sore in places I never thought possible.

I've actually thought about becoming a Jazzercise teacher for a while now, but right now is not the best time to invest the money and time. Maybe one day. I'm an example of Jazzercise helping take the weight off and keeping it off.

I have a trainer kick my ass sideways once a week and the other days I do a mix of running, swimming, crossfit and spin! I have never done jazzercise! looks fun!

Good for you! That's awesome! I just got a kettlebell and video for it and LOVE it! So easy to do at home and a great work out.

I did Curves with my mom for a few weeks back when I was in high school... it was really fun!

I run run run! My running group meets 3 times a week at the crack of dawn and we run at least 6 miles each time. I'm working on mixing some weights in on the other days but I loathe weight lifting! Nice job with your jazzercise-it sounds fun!

So what exactly is jazzercise? Dancing/step??? I love my kickboxing class on Monday and Wednesday nights. I never miss a class~or I at least try not to! Congrats on a great accomplishment!

I LOVEEEEE Jazzercise!! In high school they offered that instead of like basketball etc and I fell in love! You should totally teach! That's fun that you take it I've been wanting to!

I actually love yoga. My favorite is hot yoga, but it's super expensive. You can lose a pound per class!

I do ZUMBA at our local Y, and it is sooo much fun. The dancing doesn't even feel like exercise, and you burn between 500 and 1000 calories in the one hour workout!

Hmm sounds interesting, what kind of things do you do...For some reason I have the song lets get physical in my head haha, no clue why!

I run and do spinning classes!! Keeps me coming back for more and keeps the weight off!
