30 Day Blog Challenge: Day 19

Day 19 - Something you miss

Three and a half years ago, I lost my beloved grandmother to Alzheimer's. I miss her every single day.

She was wonder woman. She could cook anything! Her house was immaculate. And she could iron better than any cleaners. I wish I would have taken more time to learn it all from her before she was taken away.

She never drove and she always went to the beauty shop on Fridays. She had a heart of gold and loved and adored me!

She was the best grandma anyone could ask for and I am so fortunate to have her as MY grandmother. I was her only grandchild and she spoiled me rotten. I love her and miss her so much, but I know she's looking down on me and watching over me.

I love you, Grandma!!!

Such a sweet post. Grandparents really do make the world go round, and no matter how long they live, it's always so sad to say good-bye. Yours sounds like she was truly a remarkable woman!
