This is the week that I am going to run an actual 5K. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. My original goal was to run the 5K by mid-March and I am pleased to say that I am ready to go!
Here's my training schedule for this week:
Sunday 2/19: Week 8, Day 1 Couch to 5K
Monday 2/20: Pure Barre class
Tuesday 2/21: Week 8, Day 2 Couch to 5K and Pure Barre class
Wednesday 2/22: Rest
Thursday 2/23: Week 8, Day 3 Couch to 5K
Friday 2/24: Pure Barre class
