Training Week 8


This is the week that I am going to run an actual 5K.  I'm excited and nervous at the same time.  My original goal was to run the 5K by mid-March and I am pleased to say that I am ready to go!  
Here's my training schedule for this week:

Sunday 2/19: Week 8, Day 1 Couch to 5K
Monday 2/20: Pure Barre class
Tuesday 2/21: Week 8, Day 2 Couch to 5K and Pure Barre class
Wednesday 2/22: Rest
Thursday 2/23: Week 8, Day 3 Couch to 5K
Friday 2/24: Pure Barre class
Saturday 2/25:  Move It Memphis 5K

Also this week, I discovered a cool app to keep track of my water intake thanks to Jenn.
It's called "Waterlogged" and it's very simple and fun to use.  Here's what happens when you reach your goal:
 Pretty cool, huh?

I'm so ready for Saturday to get here!

congrats & good luck! I love the couch to 5K training program! I am on week 2 :) I had started a while ago, but then I got sick and had to start over!

Cool App!!! I am so excited for you for tomorrow!!!! You're gonna rock it!! It will feel so good :) I ran 3 miles yesterday for the first time since I gave my shins a rest/started a new workout routine... ohhh man. It was rough but you just gotta push through it! Can't wait to hear all about it! <3

i don't run....it jiggles girls insides...haha that's what my knees tell me and my extremely flat feet that hurt just from walking around the house....i'm more the weight room/ class kind of girl!!!
