Thursday Training: Week 13, PR's & Thoughts

So true.

Here is this week's workouts:
Sunday 3/25: 4 mile run
Monday 3/26: 3.1 mile run
Tuesday 3/27:  2 mile run
Wednesday 3/28: Rest
Thursday 3/29: 3.1 mile run
Friday 3/30: Pure Barre Class
Saturday 3/31:  5+ mile run
**all workouts are subject to change

 This week, I have three things to brag about..

Last week, I completed 6 workouts totaling 20.16 mi and burned 2360 calories!  Who am I?

And on Tuesday, I had a goal of running 2 miles in 15 minutes (something I used to do back in high school) and I did it!  At 29 years old, I ran 2 miles in 15 minutes. 

I am so amazed at some of the things I've been able to do.  If you believe, you can achieve.  Don't let anyone tell you that you can't!

And I've signed up for my 2nd 5K this weekend.  I am nervous and excited at the same time!

Omigosh girl! GOOD FOR YOU! I really need to get back in to it...I was doing so good on the running front, then it got nice out and I switched to walks with the puggle. :)

SO excited you're a runner! how am i just now realizing this?! have you been one all along or did you just start?! my hubs and i are on a break from it after the st. jude marathon in december...he was just diagnosised with plantar fascitis and well, i just need a little break! all this to say...i'm SO excited to have another runner to share stories with!! i really need to blog more on my running stories! congrats!
