Thursday Training: How to Run

We all learned how to run as a child. But as a runner, it is very important to know "how to run" properly. 
I recently came across this picture and I thought it was a great representation of how to run (and keeping your body safe).  I know I tend to slouch and clench my fists when I run; so, this helps keep me in check.

Now, can I have her body??

Ok but....are you supposed to run heel to toe or toe to heel? I can never figure it out. I am such a running fiasco. Half the time I am tripping over myself.
