Mid-Week Gushing

This week has been a great week so far.  And it's just Wednesday.  Let's just hope this trend keeps up!  I like where it's going.

The temps have been a bit cooler which means I've been layering.

I made these yummy BBQ chicken enchiladas last night. Thanks, Jessica, for the recipe.
Kelly introduced me to this song by Lifehouse and Natasha Bedingfield.  Love.
I found these yummy Pop Chips tortilla chips at our local grocery store over the weekend.   The nacho cheese and chili limon are our favorites.
I'll be running in the St. Jude Memphis 1/2 Marathon on December 1, just 11 days before my 30th birthday! I missed the original sale of the race but found someone who was selling her spot.  It's a win/win for both!

I wonder what the second part of the week holds???  How is your week going?

Um BBQ Chicken enchiladas? Yes please! lol, I'm definitely going to try that recipe soon. And I think it's Pop chips that makes a light popcorn too. The buffalo cheddar or something like that is really yummy.
