You guys know that I am a runner, but I desperately need to add in some strength training since I can't seem to get to a Pure Barre class these days. So, I came across this arm workout routine on Pinterest and I am loving it!
It's so easy. And it's idiot proof since they show you what to do. I started this workout yesterday and I'm excited to see what my arms will look like in 6 weeks.
I started out using 5 lb. weights and doing two set of 20 reps each. Here's to sexy, toned arms in 6 weeks!

To work the legs too, do steps 1-4 in a deep lunge!
