Friday Loves

Happy Friday!  I hope it's a beautiful day where you are!

For my mom's birthday, I got her tickets to see Mary Poppins, the musical.  Thankfully she chose me to go with her and it was...
If Mary Poppins ever comes to your town, I highly recommend going to see it.  Plus, it's great for all ages!  I may just be my second favorite musical behind The Lion King.

I wanted to think of something different, fun and girly for my Sip and See hostess gifts.  So, I decided to get some locally made macaroons paired with a Starbucks gift card.  Erica, the girl who makes these delicious goodies, is super sweet and her macaroons are even sweeter.  If you live in the Memphis area, I highly recommend using Pistache and if you don't live in the area, you can always contact her through her etsy shop.
Eli received his first Books from Birth book earlier this week.  It's a program that will send you one book once a month from birth (or a few months after) until the age of 5.  The best part of it is that it's FREE!!!!  How awesome is that?!
Tomorrow, I am running in my first 10K of the year.  If you've been reading my blog for some time, you know I have a love/hate relationship with 10K's, but I'm sucking it up and running in a Valentine's Day 10K (although it's not actually on Valentine's).   Wish me luck!
Is there anything you fell in love with this week?

Samantha got her final book in November - it's a book about going to kindergarten and it had a letter from Dolly Parton in it - I sobbed like a baby.

Hope I see you tomorrow!

That's so cool about the book program. I tried to sign Dominick up, but there isn't one in our area. :(
