Tuesday 3/19: 7.2 miles - 3.1 miles on the treadmill (8:09 pace) then I took Eli and Knox for a 4.11 mile walk (16:22 pace)
Wednesday 3/20: I went to my Fusion Memphis class. I love this class. Earlier in the day, I picked up a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor, so I was able to use it for class.

Thursday 3/21: 5 miles on the treadmill (8:07 pace) - this was the best treadmill run I've had in a long time
Friday 3/22: 4 miles on the treadmill (7:58 pace)...I attribute this run to my first 7 hours of consecutive sleep. Thank you, Eli!
Saturday 3/23: I was supposed to run a 5K today, but it was cold and rainy, so I opted for Fusion Memphis + a core class. I'm so glad I stayed for Core. It was great to go back to the basics and really concentrate on working my abs.
Sunday 3/24: I need to do my long run today (7 miles). It's been raining since Friday and I have to get it in sometime this week.
I think I forgot to include that I've been participating in "Plank Month" this month. It's a killer. I dread today's 4 minutes of planking. It's truly been a workout and I can really tell a difference.
