Thursday Training: Wall Sits & Giveaway Winner

In my quest to get more in shape, I'm always looking for a new challenge.  My Fusion teacher's motto is, "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you."  And I really believe that.

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I am participating in Wall Sit Month.

Here's the plan....

Last month I did Plank month and by the end of March, I was planking for 5 minutes (with two 5 second breaks within the 5 minutes).  I hope to finish April out strong with 5 minutes of wall sits.

Nothing like a good old wall sit! When Jason and I owned Coffee Buzz we would have wall sit competitions when we were slow! HA!

I joined the wall sit challenge and started yesterday! Its going to be rough in a few weeks but its worth a shot.
